The Flower Bowl Open September 2023

The beginning of September saw The Flower Bowl Entertainment Centre host the ‘Flower Bowl Open’.  Six wheelchair teams took to the ice over 3 days for a battle royal.  A great weekend of curling saw teams from the British Paralympic Curling squad, Preston Wheelchair Curling Club, Northern Ice and a first outing for this seasons England Team.  A brilliant weekend which was closely fought right the way through to the end.  The eventual winners we England.

On ice helpers were volunteers from Preston Curling Club.
